The Data Stewardship Wizard is an international initiative designed to support researchers and data stewards in creating comprehensive, high-quality Data Management Plans (DMPs) aligned with FAIR Open Science principles. It provides a structured, intuitive workflow that helps ensure no critical aspect of data management is overlooked. Data management professionals can use the DS Wizard as a practical checklist, while organisations can easily tailor the content to their needs—adjusting the questionnaire structure, embedded guidance, integrations with external services, and document templates used to generate final DMP outputs.

Our mission is to empower researchers and data stewards to create high-quality, FAIR-aligned Data Management Plans through an intuitive, customizable, and reliable tool. We aim to streamline the data stewardship process, ensure no essential details are overlooked, and support organisations in building robust, tailored workflows for effective and responsible data management.
